Witch’s Potion Science Experiment

Materials:

• Baking soda

• Food colouring

• Dish soap

• Vinegar

• Glass jar

• Stir stick or spoon

• Tray to put glass on (pie plate or cookie sheet)

• Glitter (optional)

Procedure:

• Fill the jar halfway with vinegar, then add a few drops of

  food colouring and glitter (if desired).

• Squeeze in dish soap, stir and place the jar on a tray.

• Add a heaping teaspoon of baking soda, stir and watch the foaming begin.

• To make it change colour, add more coloured vinegar into the jar.
